Annual Membership

IMPORTANT:
Note that memberships run from the date you start your membership for one full year.
Please only purchase a renewal membership if you are within one month of your expired membership. If you renew online past the month of your expired membership you will have and additional fee to pay before your entry fob will be reactivated.

If you are unsure of your previous membership expiry date, please email info@knockburn.co.uk for details.
For a family membership, everyone must live within the same family home. Please be aware you may be asked to provide proof of address at anytime during your membership period.


 After the 29th September 2024 until the 4th May 2025 access to Knockburn Sports Loch & Outdoor Centre is via membership fob access only.

Swimming & Day Passes

  • Minimum age requirement is 8 years old for all hire activities.

  • U18s Supervision - An adult must be present on the water, unless you have booked instruction.

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE your scheduled start time to sign in an get changed and briefed in good time.

  • A wetsuit is supplied with each Hire of SUP and Kayak - but if you have your own feel free to use it instead (this does not change the hire price)

  • Indoor changing and showers are available, but we still advise so come ready prepared to put on your wetsuit and go as space in the changing rooms is limited. 

  • No bags or belongings to be left in the changing rooms.

  • We do not have lockers available.

  • Make yourself aware of our cancellation policy.  We do our best to re-schedule bookings given enough time, or if weather forces us to cancel a session, but we cannot refund a last-minute cancellation or if you fail to turn up for your session.

  • The basic safety brief starts promptly at your booking time, please be aware if you are late, you will miss this as we do not hold a group back waiting on your arrival. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to sign in, get issued with your wetsuit and buoyancy aid, get changed, get your belongings safely in your car and be ready at the water's edge to be issued your equipment such as the SUP board or Kayak.

Day Passes

SWIM PASS, FAMILY PASS or INDIVIDUAL SUP/KAYAK PASS -
A day pass is required for all non-members who wish to use the loch and facilities, you are required to supply your own wetsuit and safety equipment or hire from Knockburn Loch.
Day Passes DO NOT include the hire or use of Knockburn Loch equipment.
The last day for day passes in 2024 will be Sunday 29th September.
 

Gift Vouchers & Special Events

IMPORTANT: Please note that Gift Vouchers are now to purchase and valid until 29th September 2024

When purchasing gift vouchers, to redeem the voucher either phone the office on 01330 822234, or email info@knockburn.co.uk to check availability.  Vouchers are e-mailed to you once processed.

Over Night Camping Options

Booking is now live for 2024 and please remember we have a strict no dogs policy.
