Open Water Swim Day Pass
Enjoy open water swimming in the loch at Knockburn.
This pass covers 1 Adult for the use of the loch for open water swimming. You must bring your own wetsuit and any required safety equipment.
Please be aware if you have additional guests with you such as another parent, grannie or granddad, a family friend or spectator they will be charged at £10 per person to be on-site.
⚠️ Knockburn does not provide swimming wetsuits for hire. We do have general watersports wetsuits available for hire if needed.
About the Swim
Loch lap distance: 800m (anti-clockwise direction).
Maximum depth: 1.5m (shallow enough to stand in most areas).
Entry Times
Weekdays: Entry from 8:30am (last entry 3:30pm).
Weekends: Entry from 9:00am with swimming permitted until 12:00pm only.
From 12:00pm–5:00pm the loch is reserved for surface sports & family time (no swimming permitted during these hours).

Site Use & Rules
This pass does not cover hire or use of Knockburn equipment.
You must sign in at the Conference Centre before swimming.
No BBQs permitted.
No dogs allowed, except guide dogs.
Please take all rubbish home with you.
