Hire Rates 2024
General Hire & Site Use Charges
Our facilities are available for any club, charity or business to hire for their training sessions, events and functions.
Our Sports Academy has a large hall space, with capacity for up to 165 people.
Sports Academy : £25 per hour plus VAT
The sports academy has a kitchen area which is also available for hire @ £7.50 per hour.
Within the hall we also have over a 100 chairs and a number of folding tables that can be hired for any large group.
Cycle Track & Trails : £25 per hour plus VAT
Our Cycle Track is 650m in length and 4m wide. It is perfect for cycling and triathlon groups to train on and provides a safe traffic free environment.
The cycle trails throughout the site are perfect for groups that want to use the site for mixed training sessions.
The Loch itself :
1/2 Loch hire £50 per hour plus VAT
Full Loch hire £100 per hour plus VAT
Our Loch is around 7 acres and can be used for a wide variety of watersports. The average depth is around 1.5m and it is 2m
at it's deepest points. A full lap around the loch is around 800m.
The Conference Centre
1 hour - £25 plus VAT
1/2 day rate up to 4 hours £75 plus VAT
Full day rate up to 8 hours - £150 plus VAT
Our Conference Centre, which can hold up to 60 people, is a unique venue for
your next meeting.
The conference room comes fitted with a full multi-media suite and WiFi.
The room layout can be easily set bespoke to your requirements.
