🌅 SUP Yoga with Ali
A relaxed, supportive paddleboarding evening just for women – whether you're a confident paddler or stepping on a board for the first time.
This will be a slow, breath-led SUP yoga session designed to help you connect with nature, find balance, and leave feeling clear and calm.
Note : If you book the special evening of Thursday 9th July the arrival time will be 6.00pm to allow you to be on the water for 6.30pm with a finish time of 8.00pm.

Time: Arrive from 9.30am to sign in and get your gear | The session runs from 10am until 11.30am

Join our fantastic yogo practitioner Ali for a chilled and empowering Yoga paddleboarding session.
Stand-up paddle board (SUP) yoga is a highly effective, low-impact, full-body workout that enhances traditional yoga by adding an unstable, floating surface. It intensifies core engagement, improves balance and flexibility, reduces stress through immersion in nature, and provides a fun, refreshing challenge that builds both physical strength and mental focus.

🧍 Want to Bring Your Own Gear?
You're welcome to bring your own paddleboard and equipment if you prefer – just make sure it’s safe and suitable for loch use.
🎒 What to Bring
Suitable waterwear or wetsuit, clothes suitable for yoga on a paddle board
Water shoes or old trainers
Towel and change of clothes
Refillable water bottle
Warm layers for after your paddle
A positive attitude and sense of fun!
📈 Skill Development
On arrival you will sign in and get given any gear you need, you will paddle out to the yoga dock and tie up your paddle board. Ali will then guide you through her yoga class, at the end of the session you will also have time to relax and unwind with a short paddle session around the Loch after the yoga. The finish time is 11.30am when you should all come off of the water, relaxe, refreshed and enlightened.
